Q: Is there a fast way to look up the phone number of a person with whom I have Meeting scheduled on my ACT calendar? A: In ACT:
-While viewing your Calendar
1. Right click on the Icon (Two hands shaking) for the scheduled Meeting on your Calendar
-The mouse menu appears
2. Select ‘Go to Contact’
-That Contact record is automatically pulled-up
That’s it!
Bonus:
You can use the same technique when looking at your Task list too!
